  • Hyper Speed: Unearthly power increases his reaction time a hundred fold.
    • Delivering one hundred Typical blows per turn.
    • Perceiving an catching high velocity objects with Unearthly ease
    • Airwalking: Remarkable speed by rapidly fanning his feet and arms.
    • Waterwalking: Unearthly speed by skimming along on surface tension
    • Extra attacks with Unearthly ability or multiple attacks that inflict up to Unearthly damage, ignoring body armor (only one to hit roll is made).
    • Create cyclones for Excellent damage and Unearthly stunning or slamming
    • Water running (1000 feet with a 500-foot approach) by skimming along on surface tension
    • Wall runnning (500 feet with a 1000-foot approach)
    • Invisibility by moving extremely fast, Red intuition FEAT to notice
    • One must make a Red FEAT to hit Whizzer with anything other than an area effect or Psychic attack. If he is making multiple attacks against the same target the FEAT is reduced to Yellow.
    • Considered Amazing rank for Fighting for multiple attacks and evading.
    • Considered Amazing rank for Agility for dodging and catching projectiles.
    • Considered Monstrous rank for Intuition for initiative.
    • He may percieve any object's momentum as though it were 14CS slower than it's actual movement speed. E.g: Arrows and bullet sized objects appear moving at 5 m/ph
    • Whizzer is considered to have Unearthly Endurance for movement and tiring purposes.
    • Unearthly resistance to friction

Limitation
For each minute spent using his powers, Whizzer must spend an equal time resting in a "hypo-metabolic trance." If prevented from resting, he is unable to regain his full powers.

History
Stanley Stewart is the second Whizzer. While running alone on a country road, Stanley Stewart passed through a dense, luminescent fogbank. When Stewart emerged from the fogbank, he discovered that he could alter his perception of time so that the world appeared to be in slow motion. Every day after that Stewart found that he could run faster and farther than the previous day. Six weeks after running through the fogbank, Stewart broke the sound barrier while on a 200 mile sprint. Stewart decided to use his powers as a crimefighter called the Whizzer and became a founding member of the Squadron Supreme. Though he has suffered crises of confidence, the Whizzer has been a staunch member of the Squadron for years. His closest friends include teammates Doctor Spectrum and Arcanna; like Arcanna, Whizzer has a family outside the Squadron: a wife (Madeline) and a daughter (Tina). He is among the Squadron members who were recently stranded on "mainstream" Earth.
