History
Perfection's history remains a mystery. She is the one who gathered the members of the newest Inner Circle: Sebastian Shaw, Cassandra Nova, Negasonic Teenage Warhead and their mole in the Xavier Institute, Emma Frost. It also remains unknown at which exact point Perfection brought these individuals together.

The biggest question surrounding Perfection is who she really is, her identity remaining in the shadows until issue #16 when it is revealed that Perfection is Emma Frost herself (or more correctly, the White Queen) looking like when she was an active member of the Hellfire Club. In issue #17 the White Queen remarks that Frost (who is trapped underground) is an expendable impostor and Cassandra Nova states that Emma is the better half of the White Queen. But before Perfection's identity and origins can be clarified, she is shot by Cyclops who has awakened from his coma, which at least clarifies that she is not a purely hollow mental projection (or she would not have been hurt by a bullet).

Perfection's abilities have not been formally established yet, though she is shown mentally stunning Shadowcat shortly before revealing her appearance, indicating that she's likely a powerful telepath. She also appeared having a conversation with Emma Frost on the very grounds of the Xavier Institute, without being detected; this suggests that she may possess some sort of astral projection abilities. She's also the only one that noticed that Emma truly loves Cyclops, unlike Cassandra Nova, who still believes Emma is merely taking advantage of Summers. This suggests she may be an empath.
