Member of Phoenix Guard. Phoenix Guard is a fictional anti-terrorist special forces team from the G.I. Joe: America's Elite comic book series. The team was put together by Cobra Commander under the guise of the Chief of Staff to the United States President, as a replacement for the G.I. Joe Team.
