- Ultra Vision: Amazing. He can 'see' up to 3 areas away regardless of light conditions and is unaffected by light-based attacks, illusions, and hypnosis.
Equipment
- Goggles: These enable Dr Mid-Nite (and Dr Mid-Nite) only to see in Daylight.
- Black Light Bombs: Incredible ranked smoke, which can black out a 3-area range. Anyone without the appropriate senses suffers a –2 CS penalty.
- Uniform: This provides Good protection against physical and energy attacks.

History
Pieter Cross was born in Norway, he travelled to the United States at a young age and graduated from Harvard at 19. A gifted surgeon Pieter got involved in a case involving illegal drugs, based on venom, which were being mass produced. He was able to gain a sample for the government to analyse.Preda Industries who were behind the new drug were able to drug Cross, which kicked in whilst Cross was driving. The ensuring accident resulted in the loss of his eyesight. However the chemical had interacted with his bloodstream enabling him to see the infrared spectrum. He soon designed some goggles to enhance this vision and adopted the heroic guise of ‘Dr Mid-Nite II’ out of respect of the former Dr Mid-Nite. Dr Mid-Nite is a member of good standing in the JSA and is their resident physician.
