1. If You decide to become a Member of this home, spend a few days getting to know Us and let Us get to know You. A bio can be sent to us via e-mail. Know that by being a member of this room, You are expected to set an example by following the rules set down by the Eldaar Council. Any rule not followed will result in punishment to be determined by them. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse to break them. This applies to Our visitors as well.

2. Those that reside here call Thessalon home. When entering Our Home, please treat others as You would be treated. Have fun but be respectful. That is what this room is all about.

3. Thessalon is ruled by a council of leaders known as the Eldaar, therefore if one has a problem that cannot be solved in PM, it is to be brought to one of the council members in a polite manner. RESPECT is the key word and disrespect WILL be dealt with.

4. God-modding is forbidden. Anyone found doing so will be booted from the room immediately.

5. Upon arrival in Thessalon, you are required to take a name. We will not have “Anonymous, Nony, Nameless Wanderer, etc.” hanging around our room. You will be warned once and only once. Also, if you happen to be a messenger from another room you must have a proper name and the room from which you came from clearly visible in your tags, otherwise you will be treated as a Nameless and be booted.

6. There will be no harassment of any sort in this room. Any cases of harassment should be scripted and reported to the Eldaar Council immediately.

7. This is a no capture, no force-collaring, no raiding, and no force-feeding zone. There are limited kills here which are done by MEMBERS ONLY and with the consent of the Eldaar and the two parties involved. This offense will result in a void of said roleplay and possibly treated as a god-modding situation.

8. Thessalon does have slaves, but they are regional slaves unless given to a personal collar. There are only certain regions which recognize slaves. If any slaves go into a non-slave area, they will be treated as Free. For more info on whether a certain region recognizes slaves, please look to the Regions section to find out.

9. This is not Gor, BDSM, or Vamp. Please keep roleplay of those natures in their rooms where they respectfully belong. On the same note, this not a casual sit and chat room. This is a ROLEPLAY ROOM, you will be expected to roleplay in here and not just sitting and cybering with your supposed loved one. We, the Eldaar, will not have ‘loafers’ hanging around out room unless they have permission to observe. If your name doesn’t have the ~o~ written after it and you have not done anything within a reasonable amount of time, please be gone.

10. This room is not an Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (AD&D) nor a White Wolf (WW) based room. The powers of both will be deemed useless unless approved by the Eldaar Council.

11. We ask that your avatars be no more then 500 in width and 400 in height and that tag lines are no more then 500 characters. If you need information on why, please look to the Sanktejo site rules that explain this. Also, we expect avatars be tasteful. We do allow partial nudity but not full frontal. Breasts are alright, but we best not see genital areas at all, or you will be asked to remove that avatar from our room. One hint will help you in this deciding factor: If you have to ask yourself if it is tasteful or not, then chances are, it's not.

12. As stated before, this room is based in a magickal-mystical time period of Terra and therefore we ask that you play with that time period in mind. Our time period may be different but in concordance with the Medieval Times of Earth. We don’t have guns, cell phones, automobiles, or fancy foods and beverages. Please use your imagination throughout all of this. We adore imagination and creative RP, it’s why we are very free-form.

13. Upon entering our home, we ask that a minimum of two post be made for your entry. In this, we hope to reduce your chances of being bombarded when entering. We all know what it is like when you just enter a room and there are suddenly 15 or more post directed at you.

14. All MAJOR Roleplay must be approved by the Eldaar before it can proceed.

15. If you need to PM someone please ask permission to do so. It is considered bad etiquette and generally rude to just PM someone you don't know out of the blue.

16. The Eldaar Council have the final say in all matters. Once they make a decision it is law and any arguing about the subject will be dealt with accordingly.

17. Last but not least, please keep your personal issues and drama out of our room. I understand that sometimes people meet each other and connect on some level. However, if things go awry, then please don't bring it here, that partly why they make instant messengers.
